Shipping & Return Policies
Due to the nature of our products there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are finale and can not be returned or exchanged. Once your order is placed it is processed and can not be cancelled.
International Buyers - Please Note
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Processing time for orders are 5-10 business days. During the holidays processing time is 4 weeks. If you place two orders they will be shipped separately, we do not combine orders.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your USPS tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address on the shipping label we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen. Please contact USPS.
SUMMER SHIPPING
During the summer it is natural for our body butters to melt due to heat during transit or delivery. Please understand we have no control over the shipping conditions and cannot be responsible for melted products. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for melted products.
RESTORING MELTED BUTTERS
Upon arrival of your skin and hair butter, if it has melted first stir the butter then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more until it has harden. The whipped consistency of the butter will change due to air bubbles that are formed from the butter being whipped collapses. The volume is decreased and the jar may become half full even thought it was full prior to shipping.
